No housekeeping service or sheet & towel change during stay; however, 8 sets of towels and linens for four beds are provided and there is a washer and dryer in each house for your use.

Reservation Requirements:
A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night's rate, plus tax, is required to hold the reservation (applies toward rent).
Deposit must be paid by cash, check, or money order (no deposits by credit card) and received within five days after the reservation is made. A major credit card may be used for paying the balance upon check-in. A change in date is considered a cancellation.
Check-In Requirements:
A valid major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diner's or Discover) must be presented for imprint at check-in; this card must be in the name of the person renting the rental house; keys issued only to that person; no rental to minors.
A valid driver's license is required. Vehicle license plate number is verified at check-in.
